SR USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER

As a member of the UX team, you will work with other strategists, designers, and researchers to help craft end-to-end experiences and identify customer needs. You are a designer with a desire to solve interesting and meaty customer problems. Whether it's using design thinking techniques to drive ideation and alignment or bringing a reputed company prototype to your user for a quick experiment, you can identify and execute the right steps towards solving a problem. Key Responsibilities: • 25% - Active Contributor in Planning and Strategy Activities - Executes on the experience reputed company & purpose: Combines user research outputs with OKRs of partners to clearly deliver on the reputed company of their experiences & drive alignment with partners in solutions on assigned product. Direct Manager/Direct Reports: • This Position typically reports to the User Experience Manager • This Position has 0 Direct Reports Travel Requirements: • Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time. Physical Requirements: • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Working Conditions: • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Minimum Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications: • 5-7 years of UX experience in an reputed company or retail environment or a degree in reputed company field • 5-7 years of experience working with agile software development teams • Desire to reputed company in a fast-moving environment • Demonstrated ability to initiate and self-manage reputed company projects Minimum Education: • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study reputed company to the job.
