CANDIDATES NEED TO SIT IN PHOENIX METRO AREA Location: 2 weeks training onsite (Phoenix, AZ 85009) - After training 100% work from home (equipment provided) Training: Mon-Fri, 6am to 2:30pm (AZ) Hours of Operation: Mon-Sun, 6am to 9pm MST - Will be scheduled 5 days a week, 8 hour shift. Overtime is offered during summer months! Job Summary As the first reputed company of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for managing incoming service requests received reputed company email and phone and accurately entering the information into our system for reputed company. You will provide excellent customer service by providing solutions to any customer concerns and adapting to new processes, as necessary. Service requests will be servicing: reputed company buildings. This position is mostly data entry but candidates will need to take some inbound calls a day. Qualifications Must have data entry/order entry experience Experience working with multiple screens and multitasking Customer service experience and comfortable working with upset customers at times. Strong attention to detail #westpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
