You'll define design quality, create and maintain our design system, and shape the future of reputed company's user experience across desktop and mobile platforms. Responsibilities: reputed company & Strategy: ? Define the reputed company star for the design system ? Partner with Design Systems Design Manager to drive long-term reputed company ? reputed company cross-functional efforts and foster alignment ? Stay informed on design trends and emerging technologies Design System Leadership: ? Design reusable components, patterns, and tools ? Write comprehensive documentation ? Continuously improve and evolve the design system Migration & Integration: ? reputed company migration of existing products to the design system ? Update or replace legacy components Support & Advocacy: ? Champion the design system through education and communication ? Provide support and manage feedback channels ? Mentor senior designers and foster systems thinking Qualifications: ? 7+ years designing consumer-facing products ? 3+ years leading design systems teams ? Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives ? Proficiency in developing scalable design and code libraries ? Experience defining visual style of products ? Passion for creating accessible, user-centric design systems ? Exceptional storytelling and communication skills ? Strong design craft and commitment to quality ? Demonstrated leadership on large-scale, high-impact projects Bonus Skills: ? Experience with version control and reputed company ? Technical writing experience ?
