We?re looking for top notch Sr. HR Representatives to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distributions centers and regional offices across the country. In this Sr. HR Representative role: ? Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on matters that may impact people reputed company the organization ? Serve as an reputed company and counsel to hourly and exempt associates ? Drive initiatives/activities in support of site climate and culture ? Manage and conduct internal investigations as needed ? Ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and laws reputed company to reputed company Resources activities ?
