We are a leading commercial real estate company in Mobile, AL, and we are looking for a creative and motivated individual to manage our social media presence and create engaging content for our online platforms. Responsibilities: ? Content Development: Create engaging, high-impact content for our website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials. ? Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to reach national property owners, local asset managers, and institutional investors. ? Market Insight Reports: Work with our team to transform market data into visually appealing infographics, reports, and blog posts. ? Video & Photography: Capture property tours, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage to bring our brand to life. ? Brand Alignment: Ensure all content reflects our bold, professional, and ambitious brand identity. ? Analytics & Improvement: Track content performance metrics, report on engagement, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Requirements: ? Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role ? Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills ? Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Artificial Intelligence, etc.) ? Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO principles, and content analytics ?
