Offered: Medical Dental reputed company Matching 401K Full Expense Reimbursement PTO Holidays Off 1 Float Holiday Responsibilities: Designing code compliant & reputed company Plumbing and Fire Protection systems reputed company plumbing design calculations, including domestic water, sanitary, storm, natural gas, etc. Designing complete plumbing and fire protection drawings including piping plans, schedules, details, riser diagrams, and specifications Coordinating design between reputed company trades, including internal team members as well as architect/client. Handling multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality and deadlines Performing construction assistance in the reputed company of submittal reviews, RFI responses, and field visits to verify construction of Plumbing / Utilities scope is executed per the reputed company of the design and assisting in start-up of systems reputed company required. Occasionally travel for on-site surveys to document existing conditions. Background: BS Mechanical Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience required, preferably in a design firm setting EIT Certification required, PE preferred not required Experience developing designs using AutoCAD and Revit Knowledge and experience with implementing Plumbing and Fire Protection designs from schematic through construction.
