Provider Data Representative - reputed company - Hybrid

This position is accountable for reputed company functions of the provider contracting process to assure that providers meet the health plan's requirements for participation as a contracted participant. Processes provider applications and agreements. May assist in the implementation of procedures and activities reputed company to the data management and ongoing maintenance of network provider records. Ensures adherence to set standards through compliance with established policies and procedures. Maintains provider profiling system and communicates with providers by phone and mail regarding their applications and demographic/contracting information. Qualifications: ?
