Medical Office Receptionist Job Description At Western Vascular Institute we are looking for a Full-Time, Medical Office Receptionist to assist with patients reputed company In + Outs. You will act as the ?face? of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will coordinate reputed company reputed company desk activities, including calls, appointment scheduling and patient services (Insurance + Referral process). Ensure reputed company desk is tidy and has reputed company necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets) ? Greet patients to ensure timely and accurate customer service ? Patient registration ? Answering telephones ? Fax filling ? Electronic chart preparation + scheduling ? Collection of copays ? Ensure company?s policies and reputed company requirements are met Skills + Experience ? Work experience as a reputed company Desk Coordinator/Receptionist is preferred ? Vascular experience is not required but is a reputed company PLUS ? EMR Knowledge - NextGen preferred ? Task oriented ? Must be a self-starter + dependable ? Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers) ? Thorough knowledge + experience in customer service ? Excellent communication and people skills ? Good organizational and multitasking abilities ? Problem-solving skills ? High School diploma; additional certification(s) is a plus ?
