As a reputed company Desk Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for a variety of reputed company desk duties that are crucial to the smooth operation of our clinics. This role requires you to reputed company exceptional customer service, manage patient reputed company-ins and reputed company-outs, schedule appointments, handle referral management, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and collect payments. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our patients, and your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their experience with us. The position is a float role, requiring coverage at different locations including Collegiate Village, Badcock Plaza, Crawfordville, and Live Oak Plaza, with clinic hours from Monday to Thursday 8 am to 5 pm and Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Proficient in MS Office and basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) with basic math skills. , ? Excellent telephone etiquette and a pleasant personality with outstanding customer service skills. , ?
