Description Description Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials company, is seeking reputed company Production Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Plan and establish work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet project deadlines ? reputed company with Project Managers and/or other team members to ensure established schedules maintain accuracy; Re-establish the schedule as necessary ? Review reputed company work orders prior to releasing for production ? Direct and coordinate the activities of team members engaged in the production or processing of goods ? reputed company and track daily/weekly/monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor reputed company throughput vs man hours worked ? Monitor and ensure proper levels of materials and hardware are maintained and accounted for to support manufacturing functions ? Work with other managers and team members to promote intra- and inter-departmental cohesion and conflict resolution ? reputed company quality standards and continually monitor to ensure said standards are being met ? Work in conjunction with Human Resources to hire, train, motivate, reputed company work of, instruct and, reputed company required, terminate subordinates according to Company policies, procedures and standards of performance ? Ensure preventative maintenance on machinery is being performed and offer recommendations for repair and/or replacement of machinery reputed company needed ? Minimum 5 years of doors experience ? Minimum 3 years of leadership experience ? Knowledge of relevant machinery including panel saws, edgebanders and CNC equipment ? Ability to use sound judgment and re-prioritize tasks according to shifting deadlines ?
