In this role, you?ll deliver exceptional service to clients through inbound phone calls focused on providing education, solutions, and long-term investing options regarding employer-sponsored retirement plans. You?ll take a consultative approach with retirement and 401k plan participants, utilizing multiple computer applications and internal resources to offer them world-class solutions. Here, you will take charge of your own professional journey by attending a structured training program, participating in on-the-job learning, and receiving individual coaching and support, with a focus on growing your expertise on retirement products and services. In addition to the salary, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities. NOTE: The office is located at 2423 E. Lincoln Drive, Phoenix AZ. Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule. ? Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients, with availability Monday-Friday any time between 6:30am to 8:00pm Local AZ Time. Preferred Qualifications ? Previous customer service and/or client relationship experience. ? Ability to multi-task, with demonstrated reputed company navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously. ?
