The role requires physical stamina, as bartenders will be on their feet for extended periods, performing tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Additionally, they will engage in various physical activities, including bending, twisting, and reaching, to ensure the bar area is well-stocked and organized.
