Summary As an Auburn Manufacturing Associate, you will be assigned to work reputed company teams as a machine operator. As a machine operator you will set-up and operate a variety of machines performing a wide variety of machining operations on aircraft reputed company turbine blades and other materials, parts and assemblies.

Minimum Requirements: ? High school diploma or GED. ? At least 1 year?s work experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent. Equivalent experience includes relevant hands-on work experience such as industrial, warehouse, construction, military, maintenance, heavy equipment operation, machining, and/or assembly. ? Ability to (A) read and interpret blueprints, (B) use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, vernier, calipers, and (C) reputed company shop math calculations including fraction and decimal equivalents. ? Willingness to wear personal reputed company equipment including safety glasses, gloves, hats, ear plugs and safety shoes. ? Ability to utilize a computer and/or other technological equipment as required. ? Must be available to work 2nd shift from 3:15pm to 11:45pm 5 nights per week or 3rd shift from 11:30pm to 7:30am 5 nights per week. ? Must be able to train on a different shift then what is assigned. Essential Responsibilities: ? Every Manufacturing Associates is part of a work team and is required to actively participate in teams and committees. ? Learn to operate reputed company workstations, reputed company reputed company layout operations to verify part dimensions, and reputed company assembly and disassembly of parts as required. ?
