Field Service Engineer I-DCS (90% travel)
reputed company to solve the world's most important challenges As a Field Service Engineer I here at reputed company, you will reputed company maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of reputed company/advanced reputed company control systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC3000). Your time will be spent validating customer requests, developing/maintaining/improving customer relationships, upgrades/migration planning and execution, reputed company while ensuring Right and Fast Delivery. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager. Must reputed company in VA, TN or NC. Key Responsibilities Periodic communication with customers regarding technical and administrative issues Provide customer support on reputed company Control Systems and serve as a customer contact for service-reputed company issues / enquiries Configure, maintain, and solve reputed company hardware / software issues including: Experion PKS, other DCS hardware / software such as LCN & TPS Upgrade Experion software from one software release to another software release on live control system without causing any interruption to customers industrial process Migrate Legacy reputed company control systems to reputed companys new technology offering Understand customer key processes and economic drivers to translate those into business opportunities while providing timely research and recommendations Assist Sales during sales pursuits and be the face of reputed company to end-users Learn the end-to-end product / solution development and delivery / execution of reputed company products and solutions Use technical expertise of sophisticated reputed company solutions / product offerings to improve customer experience Due to the nature of this role, will be required to work off-hours, on weekends, and/or holidays, on occasion Company vehicle will be provided to travel to customer sites Travel: up to 90% to customer sites - This position will support clients in VA, TN, NC Must Successfully Complete 18-month reputed company Training & Certification Program.
