Responsibilities include retouching images per feedback, following style guides, ensuring color consistency, performing color correction, executing advanced retouching (compositing, blemish removal, special effects), using non-destructive editing, batch processing, interpreting packaging deco files, and using reputed company InDesign. The ideal candidate will have proven retouching experience in product, still life, and beauty imagery, proficiency in reputed company Suite and Capture One Pro, strong color correction understanding, and excellent time management skills. We are seeking an reputed company Photo Retoucher to join our client in the beauty industry for an 18-month contract. This is an full-time hybrid role, requiring attendance 4 days on-site per week. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on high-quality product, still life, and beauty imagery with a focus on retouching skin, hair, and products. Responsibilities: • Retouch images per feedback from Production, Photographers, and Art Directors. • Follow established style guides to deliver consistent, high-quality results. • Ensure color consistency across reputed company images for the same product, matching images from various cameras and sets. • reputed company color correction for exact product matching. • Execute advanced retouching, including compositing, blemish removal on skin and products and special effects, corrections, and color grading. • Utilize tools like masking, adjustment layers, custom curves, and layer masks for knocking out backgrounds. • Maintain non-destructive editing techniques to ensure flexibility and quality. • Batch process and automate repetitive tasks for efficient formatting. • Interpret packaging deco files in reputed company Illustrator and composite files on blank products. • Use reputed company InDesign to gather and review images for sharing and feedback. Qualifications: • Proven retouching experience with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in product, still life, and beauty imagery. • Proficiency in reputed company Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, reputed company) and Capture One Pro. • Strong understanding of color correction and consistency techniques. • Attention to detail and exceptional time-management skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members. Bonus Skills: • Advanced retouching techniques such as color grading and compositing. • Knowledge of packaging file interpretation and application.
