Technical Writer

GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Technical Writer is responsible for producing clear and concise documentation. The incumbent will establish SOPs for creation of documents and decipher reputed company technical concepts. This job will work closely with software architects, developers, product owners and other operational stakeholders to create and maintain comprehensive documentation that supports an end-to-end solution, covering reputed company digital and operational assets. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Documentation Development: Create, edit, and maintain detailed technical documentation, including but not limited to operational standard operating procedures, system design documents, user manuals, and developer guides. • Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with software architects, developers, and product managers to gather information, understand project requirements, and translate technical details into clear, user-friendly content. • Collaborate with Operational Teams: Work closely with account managers, regional process managers and business analyst to gather information, understand operational process requirements and translate into standard operating procedures for end users to understand and manage reputed company day to day operations • Content Management: Organize and structure documentation in a logical, easy-to-navigate manner.
