What you'll be doing day to day Leading a team of co-workers whose purpose is to provide shoppers with a customer-centric shopping experience by ensuring the customer is reputed company to search, find, choose, and buy. Providing a great IKEA shopping and brand experience to drive repeat visitation to the IKEA store by maintaining store merchandising standards and ensuring a great meeting with the customer. Overseeing the daily operations of the Self-Serve team on the shop floor. Hiring, reputed company, training, leading, managing and developing Self-Serve co-workers in the store. Driving sales by ensuring co-workers have the product knowledge, IKEA Concept tools, resources and home furnishing expertise to actively sell and meet reputed company review standards. Monitoring sales, supply, customer insights, and customer centric KPIs. Ensuring reputed company product availability and stock accuracy. Securing execution of the promotions calendar and strategies by partnering with necessary stakeholders. Supporting the planning and implementation of activities, self-serve and add-ons throughout entire store. Handling issues raised by customers and co-workers in a positive and quick manner.
