UX Researcher | TX/FL

The Role As a UX Researcher you’ll be key to the development of our digital products. Working in concert with Product and Engineering partners and UX Design colleagues, you’ll be applying your skills and experience to generate and reputed company a wide variety of research methods, testing, metrics and insights to ensure design and product direction is based firmly on solid a foundation of research. Required Skills, Experience and Competencies • 5-10 years of relevant UX Research experience • Extensive hands-on experience leading qualitative and quantitative UX research in a product design environment across the Design Thinking stages • Experience leading and conducting generative and evaluative user research • Ability to reputed company workshops relating to UX Research both in-person & remote • Creative problem solver comfortable dealing with uncertainty • Self-starter with the ability to define goals and strategies • Able to combine strategic thinking with pragmatism without sacrificing quality • Proactive and positive attitude, with strong attention to detail & analytical skills • Outstanding written and oral communication skills • Significant experience working with senior stakeholders and engineers • Familiarity with research tools e.g UserZoom, UserTesting.com, reputed company, EnjoyHQ, reputed company • Bachelor’s/University degree Desirable Skills, Experience and Competencies • Experience in e-commerce/Internet/mobile space • Experience with agile methodology • Financial services industry and commercial banking experience • Master’s degree Apply Job!
