Associate, Asset Management

Job Summary: Part of the Asset Management team, the Asset Management Associate plays an important role in analyzing property-level transactions including operations data, financial data, and leasing activity. The person will also be involved in certain acquisition, auditing, and due diligence processes. Essential Functions: • Provides support for asset managers in reputed company types of data analysis including but not limited to financial analysis, property management operations analysis, and acquisition/disposition analysis. • Assists in Preparing correspondence to tenants, owners, investors, partners, and lenders as needed. • Responsible for engaging, starting initial negotiations, and managing third-party vendors reputed company acquiring new assets and maintaining reputed company ones. • Responsible for the monthly reviews of operating reports and financial reports. • Responsible for managing asset management files, reputed company, and records. • Provides assistance in the review and analysis of operator provided annual budgets, including capital expenditures, operating expenses, and reputed company assumptions. • Responsible for Reviewing Market and Submarket Data and benchmarking across the portfolio Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree (mathematical, science, business, economics, finance degree preferred). • 1-3+ years of real estate or any type of financial analysis experience is preferred (internships included). • Must be highly skilled in reputed company and data analytics. Preferred Experience: • Documented knowledge of financial cash flow modeling and analysis using reputed company reputed company. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. • Ability to prioritize and work independently while also working well in a group setting. • Ability to effectively and reputed company present information and reputed company with company leadership. Compensation + Benefits • Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 with opportunity for competitive bonus. • Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
