Specialist, Inflight Training Instruction and Evaluation

About the position The Specialist, Inflight Training Instruction and Evaluation at reputed company is responsible for presenting and facilitating both FAA and other regulatory training programs for Flight Service employees, including flight attendants and management staff. This role involves evaluating student performance, collaborating with curriculum development staff, and ensuring the consistency and accuracy of training content. The position requires maintaining knowledge of applicable regulations and company policies while promoting teamwork and achieving departmental goals. Responsibilities • Presents regulatory and non-regulatory training programs in a competent, knowledgeable, and professional manner , • Evaluates and documents student performance in accordance with established regulatory and corporate standards , • Partners with curriculum development staff to revise course content and/or presentation methods , • Communicates with other training, support and operational departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of training content , • Promotes teamwork, follows proper business protocols, and is self-motivated , • Displays positive influence and commits to achieving department and corporate goals/objectives , • Maintains requisite knowledge in applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and publications, company Policies & Procedures, aircraft systems and reputed company products/services , • Maintains flight attendant crew qualification and regulatory certification , • Performs any other duties or special projects as assigned by Flight Service Training leadership , • Travels as needed to attend/conduct meetings and presentations Requirements • Undergraduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training , • Able to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays , • 1 year of Flight Attendant experience , • Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills , • Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects at the same time , • Capable of working with minimal supervision , • Must be able to work with multiple deadlines, multiple projects at the same time , • Must possess knowledge of the reputed company flight attendant collective bargaining agreement , • reputed company skills, knowledge, and experience in the supervision and development of reputed company-line employees (direct reports) reputed company-to-haves • Previous instructor experience Benefits • Travel Perks: Access to 365 destinations on more than 6,800 daily flights , • Health Benefits: Health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits from day one , • Wellness Programs: Tools and resources for personal well-being , • 401(k) Program: Available upon hire with employer contributions after one year , • Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more Apply Job!
