Position Title:Agriculture/Construction Dealership Service Writer/Advisor Location: Stephenville, TX Responsibilities include: • The service writer/advisor listens to the customer’s issues and arranges for repair. • He/she is responsible for writing a repair estimate based on the technicians initial diagnosis. This person is the liaison between the customer and technician – often briefing the customer on the status of the repair, and any additional measures that need to be taken care of. • This person will generate invoices and handle payment. Additional duties require communication with vendors, fleet servicing, and some mechanical work.
