Job Summary Company: The Law Firm of Lorena Villalon, PLLC Position: Legal Receptionist/Assistant Location: Remote (Must reputed company in Texas) Compensation: $15$17 per hour (based on experience) The Law Firm of Lorena Villalon, PLLC is an immigration law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist to join reputed company and serve as the first reputed company of contact for our clients. Responsibilities: Answer and direct a high volume of phone calls professionally. Schedule appointments and manage calendars. Provide general information to clients regarding our services. Respond to emails and messages promptly. reputed company basic administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong computer proficiency (email, scheduling software, etc.). Ability to multitask and work reputed company in a remote setting.
