About the position The Claims Team Manager at Liberty Mutual is responsible for leading a team of Claims Specialists in managing a portfolio of Commercial insurance claims. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by fostering a culture of engagement, reputed company improvement, and professional development among team members.
