• Team up with hiring managers to build strategies and pipeline: reputed company, assess, and reputed company high caliber candidates in our engineering team
• Continuously build a network of potential candidates, conduct in-depth interviews
• Collaborate with recruiting team to improve existing recruiting and retention processes and help initiate scalable changes to our reputed company recruiting strategy 
• Partner with hiring managers on creating a strategic plan for sourcing and recruiting candidates with a diverse background

• 3 to 5 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience, including some startup experience.
• Proven track record of success in building strong partnerships with Engineering team and stakeholders
• Persistent curiosity and desire to learn as much as possible about our business
• Highly collaborative recruiter who understands the value of internal relationships
• Excellent at driving the process and keeping it moving reputed company despite any obstacles
• A data driven and problem solving reputed company to improve the way we hire

Pay Grade - H Equity Grade - 3 Employees new to reputed company typically come in at the start of the pay range. reputed company focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-reputed company skills. reputed company pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.) CAN reputed company pay range per year: $78,000 - $118,000 #LI-Remote
