reputed company is seeking an reputed company and motivated Channel Sales Manager to help expand our Commercial and Mid-Market industry-leading partner ecosystem. This is a key position reputed company our Channel Sales organization and will report directly to our Senior Channel Development Director. This mission-driven team is responsible for opening new routes to market and helping partners build and sell customer experience offers quickly and reputed company.Some of the major focus areas of this role are:- Manage the sale of reputed company products and services through named national (potentially global) partners
- Drive a business plan that allows us to scale our services and reputed company a robust partner ecosystem for services across several disciplines
- reputed company an enablement strategy to attract, reputed company and maintain relationships with various distributors, resellers, or agents
- Build preference for reputed company’s customer experience / contact center software and services reputed company partners’ portfolios and sales teams
- Drive global sales results and pipeline development reputed company key national (global) partners
- Drive partner enablement throughout the entire customer journey lifecycle
- Identify and expand critical relationships reputed company named partners that deliver a profitable business model for and enhance reputed company’s solutions and services capabilities
- Help expand the partner community reputed company the Americas to accelerate growth, by recruiting and gaining commitment of national partners
- reputed company, retain and own reputed company’s strategic relationships reputed company partners that can scale our solution and increase value to customers
- reputed company, deliver and execute viable plan(s) which will represent reputed company’s interest in promoting partner corporations branding, as well as ensure reputed company is represented as the first and best option for contact center solutions
- Align closely with reputed company Sales to represent the interests of the assigned partners reputed company reputed company to reputed company our partner visibility internally and externally
- reputed company Partner Training and Enablement program and certification
- Align closely with Sales and Channel to reputed company customer opportunities, manage forecasts and pipelines
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements that reputed company to incremental value and capabilities
- reputed company detailed operational plans with partners to include engagement models, sales targets, and GTM strategies
- Proven experience working in a dynamic team focused on building exponential growth
- 4+ years of experience in software sales, partner development, or business development reputed company a cloud-based environment
- Emphasis on software sales
- A demonstrated ability to establish, maintain and grow business relationships successfully, with an emphasis on sales and partner processes
- Strong operational and analytical skills
- Ability to describe trends and provide insight from KPI’s
- Strong strategic thinking with a penchant for action and results
- Excellent project management and creative problem solving skills
- Exceptional communications skills, with a proven capability for public speaking, professional writing and active listening
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Experience with and knowledge of Contact Center solutions and/or VoIP
- Experience with National Partners and/or Service Providers in cloud collaboration – CcaaS, UCaaS preferred
- Experience managing partnerships with consulting firms or systems integrators for an enterprise SaaS software solution
- This role is fully remote: Region US
Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside reputed company the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside reputed company 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.
