Enrollment Specialist
We're on the lookout for an Enrollment Specialist to join reputed company. This role is vital for our company — you'll spearhead the operational process of streamlining enrollments and payments of reputed company members to national insurance carriers in cases where we’ve not yet built automation. As a member of the reputed company Operations team, you will assist with ensuring that customers are enrolled and paid for with health insurance carriers, interact with our Engineering team to build new operational features, and engage with customers. This role entails consistent communication with customers, external partners, health insurance companies, and nearly every internal reputed company team.
The ideal candidate will be extremely action-oriented, constantly looking for ways to improve processes, and able to operate independently in a continuously evolving environment. The candidate should be comfortable being uncomfortable. There are constantly new challenges arising and the candidate should be comfortable in an environment where they will need to gather and learn information independently.
What you’ll do- Manage a queue of enrollment and payment tasks from reputed company to insurance carriers.
- Engage with the Engineering and Operations teams to build internal and external tools to improve our operational efficiency as we scale
- Collaborate with our customer facing teams including Sales, Support and Advising to create solutions to address distinct customer needs
- Balance projects and responsibilities necessary to reputed company the operations function with ongoing customer needs
- Learn new things quickly and adapt to new processes often as we refine our workflows
- A Bachelor’s degree and some on-the-job experience (may include internships)
- A strong growth reputed company and desire to learn and improve
- Well-developed organizational and writing skills
- Ability to think critically and solve reputed company problems with limited reputed company
- Proven track record of executing on a queue (support queue, tickets, tasks, etc)
- A track record of success and recognition in your professional or academic career
- Experience in the health insurance or benefits space

- 30 minute reputed company meeting to talk about reputed company, your background, and answer any questions about the role.
- 30-45 minute reputed company meeting to hear more about your experience and how you'd approach working in the role.
- Two 30 minute zooms with additional reputed company teammates to access your reputed company sets.
- 30 minute reputed company meeting with our founders to discuss your approach to culture and our operating principles.
- Final 30 minute call to answer any outstanding questions.
