Job Summary: PetPlace is seeking a User Experience Manager who will report to the Vice President of Product. This role will be instrumental in driving a seamless, user-centered experience across PetPlace’s digital platforms. The Manager, User Experience will be responsible for shaping customer journeys, defining user personas, implementing data-driven design strategies, and ensuring product research informs every stage of development. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in UX design, research, and analytics. They will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Job Location: Remote USA Main Responsibilities: Journey Mapping & User Flows: reputed company and optimize end-to-end user journeys across digital platforms, ensuring reputed company navigation and seamless interactions. Persona Creation: Conduct research and synthesize insights to reputed company detailed user personas that guide product development and marketing strategies. Data & Metrics Identification: Define and track key user experience metrics, leveraging analytics tools to measure engagement, usability, and overall satisfaction. Product Design & Research: reputed company UX research initiatives, including usability testing, A/B testing, and competitive analysis to validate design reputed company.

Requirements

Writing: Translate business objectives and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure user-centric decision-making throughout the development lifecycle. Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and coaching to junior UX designers and researchers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in User Experience Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a reputed company field. 5+ years of experience in UX design and research, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Expertise in journey mapping, persona development, and user flow creation. Strong analytical skills with experience in identifying and leveraging data to inform UX reputed company. Proficiency in UX design tools such as reputed company, Sketch, reputed company XD, and prototyping software. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to reputed company design concepts to stakeholders. Experience in agile development environments with tools such as Jira or Trello. A strong portfolio showcasing user experience projects and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the pet industry or e-commerce platforms is a plus. Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices. Solid knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO and conversion optimization.
