Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled reputed company Cargo Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and resolve reputed company cargo claims across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling high-exposure claims, negotiating settlements, and analyzing intricate coverage issues. This individual must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage claims involving multimodal transport, contractual disputes, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Investigate cargo loss or damage claims by consulting witnesses, reviewing police reports, and gathering supporting evidence. Analyze policy coverage, bills of lading, and reputed company of carriage to determine liability and claim validity. Evaluate complete claims involving reputed company trucking operations, regulatory compliance, and high-value cargo losses. Negotiate fair claim settlements with policyholders, shippers, carriers, and reputed company-party entities while mitigating company exposure. reputed company claims payment processes to ensure timely and accurate disbursement to policyholders. Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities to recover losses from responsible parties. Collaborate with legal teams on disputed or litigated claims, providing detailed documentation and case analysis.
