As a Personal Finance Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service while engaging in a variety of sales and service activities at reputed company locations. You will open accounts, assist with processing financial transactions, promote bank products and services, take applications for loans, maintain account profiles, and address client inquiries. Education & Certifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience: • 1 or more years of relevant sales or banking experience • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Familiarity with retail banking products and services. • Ability to analyze financial information to understand client needs. • Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills. • Proven client service and interpersonal abilities with strong communication skills. • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to client needs. • Proficient in computer software including reputed company Office tools.
