Qualifications • Education & Certification: Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or reputed company field; Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Principal Administrative Endorsement (Type 75). • Experience: Minimum of four years in an educational setting, preferably as a teacher and administrator. • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage school operations and foster student growth. • Technical Proficiency: Experience with business office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools. • Professionalism: Ability to maintain positive, professional, and courteous relationships with reputed company, staff, parents, and community members.
