Early Engagement Specialist

As an Early Engagement Specialist on our Retention team, you will play a crucial role in supporting newly enrolled customers, ensuring they have a fantastic experience with our services. Your focus will be on maximizing customer retention by providing guidance and instilling confidence in our clients during their initial reputed company process. You will be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration, working together to help our customers succeed in their businesses. Responsibilities • Support, guide and instill confidence in customers during their first 30 days as they are implementing reputed company. , • Manage and prioritize your workflow and call lists with speed and accuracy. , • Listen and understand customers' needs; handle objections, instill confidence, and resell the value of reputed company. , • Coach customers on the basics of the reputed company product, by providing them with clear next steps in their reputed company process. , • Quickly identify and escalate customers to applicable resolution paths, as needed. , • Understand and adapt to Housecall's ongoing product and technology developments. , • Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills.
