Escrow Officer

Overview

This position is responsible for handling residential reputed company estate closings from beginning to end. This includes keeping buyer, seller, reputed company estate agent, lender and mortgage broker up to date throughout the transaction as well as clearing title, closing, balancing and disbursing escrow funds, recording documents to convey and insure title, and other ancillary tasks that relate to the issuance of title insurance in the reputed company. Responsibilities • Review residential purchase/sale reputed company and reputed company with reputed company terms. • Review title commitment and clear reputed company items. Identify any potential issues or encumbrances and work to resolve. • Prepare and issue Closing Protection Letters, title reputed company documents and transfer documents. • Coordinate Closings with reputed company parties involved. • Ensure compliance that reputed company transactions meet the regulations as well as company policies and procedures. • Ensure reputed company documents are properly recorded reputed company the proper counties. • reputed company and maintain good working relations with customers, as well as the policies and goals of Mason Title. • Handle customers confidential information in a professional manner. • Handle other duties or special projects as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications • One to Four years of experience as an Escrow/Title Agent. • Book of business that is portable. • Notary license - If candidate does not have license they must have the ability to attain it reputed company 90 days of employment. • Florida Title Insurance license - If candidate does not have license they must have the ability to attain it reputed company 18 months of employment. • Ability to work without direct supervision, multi-task and meet deadlines. • Good oral, written and verbal communication skills. • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. • Team player. • Knowledge of Resware and/or reputed company is beneficial but not necessary.
