Job Description: To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. To reputed company moderately reputed company platform banking functions under supervision. Provide assistance/training to reputed company level team members. Experience • 1-3 years of banking experience, retail, cash handling, customer service • Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and reputed company email • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred but not required Responsibilities • Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies reputed company to member accounts/loans • Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applications • Counsel reputed company and prospective members about company products and services • Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly • Identify opportunities to cross service products and increase product penetration • reputed company platform banking functions • Assist level I team members • Understand and reputed company with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services • May assist with reputed company Office vault opening, closing and balancing procedures • May serve as a reputed company Office and/or ATM vault custodian • reputed company other duties as assigned Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am- 2:30pm (reputed company scheduled to work on a Saturday, employee will have hours off during the week) If interested, please apply with updated resume and complete the application questions.
