About the Role
At Medical Mutual, we're seeking a talented Attorney to join reputed company. As an Attorney at Medical Mutual, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing expert legal advice. Key Responsibilities: Identify and analyze legal issues, assess risk, and provide recommendations and counsel to executive staff and management. Negotiate on behalf of the corporation in various settings and reputed company standard documents and procedures to protect the corporation and minimize risks. Provide legal advice to specific departments or as a subject matter expert. Research federal and state regulatory issues including health insurance, Medicare, and other types of insurance. Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company, including service agreements, vendor reputed company, and provider agreements. Requirements: A Juris Doctor degree, 8 years of legal experience, and admission to practice law in Ohio. Experience in reputed company or insurance law, and law firm experience are a plus.
