Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR operations by managing employee data and maintaining HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process HR-reputed company transactions, including but not limited to, benefits administration, payroll, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and presentations for management.
• Coordinate and manage HR compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and company regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to HR leadership and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Assist with employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and processing candidate paperwork.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) updates and ensure accuracy of employee records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in HRIS, reputed company Office Suite, and other HR-reputed company software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and regulations.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in HR operations or a similar administrative support role.
• Experience with HRIS systems (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) preferred.
• Experience in benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee relations.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Flexibility to work from home with occasional meetings and collaboration with the HR team.
• Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime based on business needs.
