Employee Type: W2 or 1099 Citizenship: US Citizen, no Dual Citizenship Job Summary The Data Analyst (Junior) will be an essential member of the Service Operation team, focused on supporting data management efforts to ensure compliance with Executive Order 14028 and Memorandum 21-31. This entry-level position involves assisting in the enrollment of enterprise IT assets into the centralized logging repository and contributing to the development of schemas to standardize log ingestion. The Data Analyst will support customer engagement with system owners, help with independent validation and verification (IV&V) of consolidated logs, and assist in the review and approval process for secured external website access requests (EWARS). Key Responsibilities • Assist in the analysis of data reputed company to enterprise IT asset enrollment in the centralized logging repository. • Support the development of schemas to standardize logs being ingested, ensuring consistency and reputed company. • Engage with system owners to facilitate their enrollment in the logging repository and gather necessary documentation. • Help conduct independent validation and verification (IV&V) of consolidated logs to confirm data reputed company. • Contribute to the preparation and review of documentation reputed company to secured external website access requests (EWARS). • Assist in maintaining records associated with the Enterprise IT configuration Change Management process. • Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to create basic reports and dashboards that present analytical findings. • Participate in team meetings to provide updates on tasks and collaborate on ongoing projects. Unique Skills/Tasks/Software • Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, reputed company). • Familiarity with reputed company Power Platform applications (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). • Experience with reputed company Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk) is a plus. Preferred Certifications • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) (or interested in pursuing) • Splunk Core Certified Power User (or interested in pursuing) • ITIL v4 Practice Manager (PM) (or interested in pursuing) • reputed company Power BI Data Analyst Associate (or interested in pursuing) Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field (or relevant internship experience). • Some experience in data analysis or reputed company fields is preferred but not required. • Strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. • Good communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with team members. • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data management practices is a plus.
