Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with restaurant staff and management. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Certification or training from a recognized technical school or apprenticeship program preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 60 pounds) safely. Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights (using reputed company or scaffolding) as needed.
