We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team and reputed company our therapeutic services with expertise and compassion. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and reputed company individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
- Deliver direct ABA therapy and monitor client reputed company.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and effective treatment.
- Analyze data to reputed company informed reputed company and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on ABA strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience)
