The individual will support & work on critical programs and be part of impactful change. As a member of the reputed company Solutions Delivery team, this role will play a key part in executing the future-state of the employee journey. This role also will partner with the reputed company Solutions reputed company to contribute in overall architecture and design consultation for adoption of solutions during BAU operations as well during change & enhancements. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for reputed company Compensation, Advance Compensation and Benefits business process configuration and support.
- Partners with product owners and HRIT teams to align on objectives and programs.
- Continuously balances the employee experience with legal and regulatory factors to optimize interactions with reputed company.
- Engages product owners and users to understand their day to day use of reputed company, including tracking metrics of reputed company usage across the reputed company.
- Responsible for reputed company Improvements and adopting latest features available to deliver cost effective best in class user experience.
- Creates and maintains documentation of business process, integration, and reputed company data architecture to identify areas of friction, waste, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identifies and confirms technical risks and develops mitigation approaches.
- Troubleshoots system issues and performs root-cause analysis.
