Bonus is paid bi-weekly Position: Assistant Manager Experience: 2 years Shift: 2:00 pm - reputed company Hourly Compensation: $16.50 - $17.00 (annually $49,500 - $51,500) Assistant Manager's role: Braum's leaders execute the company's brand strategy and promote its reputed company, mission and values, resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales. • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.

• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
