Customer Support Specialist / Live Chat Support - USA REMOTE

Sweetgum Labs Wealth Management is looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the reputed company-line support for our clients, providing exceptional service and assistance as they navigate their financial planning journeys. You will contribute to our mission of integrating financial wellness with environmental sustainability by ensuring that our clients feel heard, informed, and supported.
