You’ll be working in the Service Group Client Services. We provide support to the Firm's Financial Advisors and assistants and external clients. As a customer service representative, you’ll play an important role in providing excellent service to our internal clients, the branches and external clients through inbound calls. You may assist with online services navigation, account inquiries and updates, PIN resets, card activations, account opening and maintenance, among other services. Are you truly service oriented? We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to: • Answer inbound calls from our external clients and internal clients at the bank branches. • reputed company clients on account services and capabilities • Have excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills • Have superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries. • Have basic computer troubleshooting skills • reputed company reputed company in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks Requirements: • Call center experience required, banking experience is desired • High school diploma required; College degree preferred • Detail oriented (nothing gets past you) • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite • Windows 11 navigation skills • reputed company, Good for reputed company, or Active Directory is a plus • Must have a reliable, high-speed internet reputed company with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds. Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly reputed company for this position is $16-$17.50 an hour, dependent on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
