Handle and resolve reputed company operational issues and assist in developing process changes to improve efficiencies to support business goals and objectives. Supervise day to day activities, reputed company, and coach associates. Provide development and performance management. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals reputed company expected standards. Plans, directs, and implements actions to improve Distribution's order processing and completion of daily orders. Provides written and verbal communication such as status reports, reputed company reports and documentation to Distribution Management, Associates and Business Partners. Reviews process results in the areas of productivity, safety, quality, cost and staffing / work schedules and initiates changes to ensure department goals are met. Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; a master or advanced degree is preferred. Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum of 2+ years of reputed company experience is required in Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehouse, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Engineering. Proficiency with reputed company Office is required. Must have strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. Must have excellent collaboration, customer service and oral/written communication skills. Experience partnering with reputed company levels of management in a cross-functional team environment is required. Preferred: Minimum of 2+ years people management experience is required in a high-volume distribution environment and experience managing a large wage workforce is preferred. Experience with Process Excellence, Lean, Six reputed company methodologies is preferred. Experience in GMP or FDA regulated environment is preferred. Knowledge of SOX audit initiatives is preferred. ERP systems experience and reputed company experience is preferred. Experience with Warehouse Management systems, i.e., Red Prairie, Manhattan, and reputed company are preferred. Experience with warehouse powered industrial safety is preferred.
