Responsibilities

Utilize computer systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of conversations. Handle cash transactions reputed company necessary and ensure accurate processing. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette reputed company transitioning from chat to phone support as needed. Analyze customer feedback and data entry to identify trends and improve service delivery.
