This role requires strategic sourcing, building a strong tech talent pipeline, managing contingent staffing needs by working effectively with agency partners, and fostering relationships with hiring managers to ensure we attract and retain skilled employees.

Responsibilities

  • Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, preferably reputed company Azure, cloud computing, or IT consulting domains.
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company Azure or AWS services cloud architectures, and enterprise consulting roles.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, Lever).
