Responsibilities

AI Search Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for AI-driven search and discovery features (e.g., token/transaction search, predictive analytics, personalized recommendations)

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize large-scale datasets (on-chain/off-chain user behavior) to identify patterns, optimize search relevance, and improve user engagement

AI/ML Integration: Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and deploy scalable AI models (NLP, semantic search, ranking algorithms) that enhance search accuracy and speed

User Experience Design: reputed company cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, reputed company search interfaces that cater to both retail and institutional users

Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay reputed company of industry trends in AI, search technologies, and cryptocurrency to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with executives, compliance, and product teams to align product goals with business objectives and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in product management, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML-driven search, recommendation systems, or data-intensive products. Prior experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency is a strong plus

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, neural networks, vector databases) and hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or reputed company

Proficiency in data analysis tools and A/B testing methodologies

Familiarity with search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr) and LLM-driven applications

User-Centric reputed company: Demonstrated ability to balance technical complexity with simplicity in UX/UI design

BilingualEnglish/Mandarinisrequired to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
