Your Role at reputed company

As a reputed company Manager, you will be an incredible product expert! This involves utilizing our software suite to build stronger & more successful marketing campaigns. You will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, providing proactive support, resolving issues, and driving the adoption and utilization of our products. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of customer needs in order to drive customer retention, expansion, and overall reputed company. What You Have

  • 3+ years of reputed company/relationship experience, preferably B2B
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, or reputed company field a plus)
  • Consistent track record of providing stellar support to customers

  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (Affiliate & Partnerships a Plus)

What You'll Do

  • Deliver world-class support to our top clients
  • Maintain a balanced proactive/reactive relationship with your assigned accounts.
  • Dedicated duties include account monitoring, regular reputed company-ins, and relationship-building
  • Reactive duties include training, product support, and appropriate delegation reputed company technical issues and feature requests arise
  • Understand clients' goals and objectives to drive strategic growth, and provide guidance on how our platform and services can support their needs

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, plus an additional 25% Variable Commission Plan ($20,000-$23,750)  and generous stock (RSU) award.

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time
