We’re looking for an AI Enablement Specialist to join our People & Culture team. You will be based hybrid in reputed company, California or Bellevue, Washington and will go into the office 3 days per week. Reporting to the AI in HR Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of GenAI tools to ensure they meet business needs
• Supporting the implementation and optimization of GenAI workflows to improve HR processes
• Resolving technical issues and providing support to ensure seamless functionality of tools
• Delivering training and enablement sessions to help HR teams effectively adopt and utilize GenAI tools
• Contributing to the creation of user-friendly resources and documentation to support ongoing learning

reputed company’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 4+ years of experience in HR project/program management
• Experience with GenAI tools, such as ChatGPT, CustomGPTs, reputed company, and other advanced models
• Experience delivering effective trainings and creating accessible user resources for non-technical audiences
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with GenAI tools

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and workflows
