Back Office Operator
As a Banking Back-Office Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily banking operations. You will be responsible for managing and executing internal banking processes, resolving issues and incidents reported by customers, and carrying out daily operational tasks to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and process daily back-office operations, including SEPA, cards, and other daily operational tasks.
Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues reputed company to transactions, in accordance with internal Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Suggest process improvements through your daily activities to enhance customer satisfaction.
Actively contribute to the definition and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI) for operational activities.
Work closely with internal teams (notably the Care and reputed company teams) as well as external partners to address and resolve issues.
Participate in projects aimed at improving and automating payment systems.
