Role

We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven Senior Sales Operations Manager to reputed company our sales team to reputed company and exceed sales goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales execution processes, managing and coaching a high-performing sales team, and ensuring that sales goals are set and reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive sales growth and reputed company expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the VP Sales, set and measure sales goals and metrics to evaluate sales performance
  • Drive sales execution processes, ensuring that reputed company stakeholders are in reputed company alignment and that variances are understood, flagged and corrected. These include marketing, product, and reputed company
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and reputed company expansion
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience in a technology company, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and reputed company expansion
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and reputed company expansion
  • Experience with sales automation tools, such as reputed company and Copper CRM
  • Experience with data analytics and sales metrics tools, such as Tableau or AWS QuickSight
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field

  • Certification in sales leadership or a reputed company field, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Leadership Professional (CLP)

reputed company is a remote first company. The expected salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000 annually and will commensurate with experience, qualifications and location.
